A HUGE number of really bad doctors and nurses end up at the VA. We should get rid of ALL the VA hospitals and give insurance to veterans who have none or veterans with service related injuries/illnesses so they can seek care that is LOCAL to them and with a doctor they know and trust.

A huge number of bad doc's, nurses, and ancillary bedside practitioners are EVERYWHERE!
I could tell you stories...and I've never worked in a VA Hospital...although I have taught in one.
