2005 Bush Press Conference when the reporters were allowed to raise their hands!

To be fair, President Bush did use a list of reporters at some of his press conferences as well. It's not exactly the same thing (I don't believe he told them in advance that he was going to call on them), but it does mean that the reporters raising their hands had nothing to do with who got to ask questions.
