In this market I would not put up with that crap. In fact in any market. Move up the food chain till you can find someone who can walk and talk at the same time. Or go to the corporate hot line. Time to Bitch!

Didn’t the courts declare some of Roosevelt’s new deal programs unconstitutional?

I have no idea, that's news to me. If they did, were any of the new deal programs revoked as a consequence? If they weren't revoked (and I can't think of any that were) then ruling something unconstitutional without enforcing the ruling is mere grandstanding without any substance and we the people have no redress of grievance. If I'm wrong and some of those new deal programs were stopped by the courts, then yeah, the courts would be the way to go providing you can find a judge that still adheres to the constitution.

I thought that within our system, only courts can declare some law or some action unconstitutional. If courts will say someone lacks standing to bring the lawsuit, then our goose is cooked.

That's what has been happening all across the country regarding Obama actually proving his eligibility - no standing, cases dismissed without ever looking at the merits. Result? Citizens have no redress of grievances. The last time this happened in our country was in the 18th century and ultimately led to revolution (among other things).

IMO the American people are going to have to come to grips with the reality that our country is on a death spiral down into the abyss of some sort of distorted mix of faschism and marxism and do something about it before Obama gets his civilian army in place to stop us. The reality is we had better lock and load, get off the internet, and start planning the first battle while we still can.

FDR expanded and stacked the court with justices who were friendly to his unconstitutional new deal.

Mark Levin is is right on the money in more ways than one!

Last night in honor of Palin and Bachmann daring to speak what is on ALL of our minds right now I made the following graphic. I was thinking of Bachmann because she made the comment that she wanted folks "armed and dangerous" on the issue of energy -- that it might be crucial to American Freedom. I didn't know she had spoken up like this... It makes me like her even more...

FDR expanded and stacked the court with justices who were friendly to his unconstitutional new deal.

FDR tried to expand the court after some of his New Deal initiatives were rejected by the Supremes. The Senate rejected his plan to appoint an additional Justice for each sitting Justice over age 70 1/2.

You are correct, he tried. He did, however, stack the court. He appointed 5 justices in his second term alone and a few more in his third term.

Did the total sitting ever exceed nine?

I had a liberal coworker defend BHO, stating that BHO was a constitutional lawyer! So is Mark Levin. What then is the difference?

BHO studied the Constitution to learn how he can destroy it, while great men like Mark Levin studied the Constitution to defend it from useful idiots like BHO!
