Kaleefornia is long over due for someone to push a proposition to cancel the authority of Police Chiefs and Sheriff’s to decide who does or does not get a permit. The law should simply be that an adult who is not convicted of a felony should not be prohibited from concealed carry.

Something simple like "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
