Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is taking a beating politically as the states economy sags and the media reports about patronage hirings on Beacon Hill.
Some 47 percent said someone else deserves to be elected next year, and 51 percent said Massachusetts is headed on the wrong track.
A potential head-to-head matchup shows Patrick losing to Treasurer Timothy Cahill ...

Why do people in MA talk like that? Worst American accent.
What accent?
And I don't know a single person who even pretends to like respect Deval Patrick. He's a total dipstick. Everyone in MA knows it. Everyone.
The numbers are “looking bleak for Patrick,” David Paleologos, director of the Political Research Center...

Mass. is lost.
Actually, Western MA is one of the few places in the country (Omaha, and Jacksonville are two others) where the is no discernible accent, and thus a good place to put telephone call centers. True.
We can hardly understand those folks in Boston. They talk funny too.
It's an IQ test. If you meet someone and say you're from Boston, only the most shallow and unimaginitive will ask you to say 'Pahk the cah in Hahvahd Yahd."
We call him “Obama-lite”.
Hopefully the One will lower his hand and wish for Deval to be with him in Paradise. Then we will be rid of him. And the nation will suffer just a little because of it.
He’ll be re-elected in a landslide.........................bank on it................
Now if they’d only wake up to what a total POS Bawney Fwank is....
Who? Tim Cahill?
One on my best friends in the USMC was from Boston. He said WE talked funny!.................and sloooow............
Too bad Flip Romney and Billy Weld effectively destroyed the GOP in Mass.
Since Deval Patrick was David Axelrod’s “Yes We Can”, “Change” client before Obama, here’s hoping this is just the beginning.
“Why do people in MA talk like that? Worst American accent.”
You mean the accent that makes them sound like ignorant thugs? It’s just too much work to cover up the truth.
They are confused over words which have "R's" in them.
Thus, "car" becomes "cah."
But then the "R" shows up to replace the "W" in words like "drawing" which then becomes "draring."
And in words which end in vowels the "R" is thrown in to finish the word as in "Cuber" for "Cuba."
Laughed ourselves silly our first Easter Sunday when the priest said, "Oh, Hosanner."
Also words with an "awk" sound like "walk" "talk" and "chalk" become "wock", "tock" and "chock."
Nope. A really strong “Bronx” accent is worse. There was a customer from whom I could not take calls - all support work had to be done by email.
Mass. is lost.
And CA. Mich. Maryland, De. RI to name a few others
