U.N. 'Climate Change' Plan Would Likely Shift Trillions to Form New World Economy
Fox News ^ | March 27, 2009 | George Russell

Posted on 3/27/2009, 1:10:01 PM by St. Louis Conservative

A United Nations document on "climate change" that will be distributed to a major environmental conclave next week envisions a huge reordering of the world economy, likely involving trillions of dollars in wealth transfer, millions of job losses and gains, new taxes, industrial relocations, new tariffs and subsidies, and complicated payments for greenhouse gas abatement schemes and carbon taxes — all under the supervision of the world body.

Those and other results are blandly discussed in a discretely worded United Nations "information note" on potential consequences of the measures that industrialized countries will likely have to take to implement the Copenhagen Accord, the successor to the Kyoto Treaty, after it is negotiated and signed by December 2009. The Obama administration has said it supports the treaty process if, in the words of a U.S. State Department spokesman, it can come up with an "effective framework" for dealing with global warming.

The 16-page note, obtained by FOX News, will be distributed to participants at a mammoth negotiating session that starts on March 29 in Bonn, Germany, the first of three sessions intended to hammer out the actual commitments involved in the new deal.

In the stultifying language that is normal for important U.N. conclaves, the negotiators are known as the "Ad Hoc Working Group On Further Commitments For Annex I Parties Under the Kyoto Protocol." Yet the consequences of their negotiations, if enacted, would be nothing short of world-changing.

Getting that deal done has become the United Nations' highest priority, and the Bonn meeting is seen as a critical step along the path to what the U.N. calls an "ambitious and effective international response to climate change," which is intended to culminate at the later gathering in Copenhagen.

Sounds like a the Stalinist relocation plan, where he had farmers brought in to work the factories and factory workers sent to the new farming collectives.

The result? No industrial output and over 2 million people died of starvation.

Another million or more were murdered when they refused to leave their homes.

Farmers who owned horses were shot for being bourgeoise.

Some people escaped by harnessing a cow to a wagon and migrating away. They were ignored as worthless gypsies and were able to escape from the Soviet sphere.

Global warming has always been about economic transfer - from the United States to everywhere else. If they try this, I, for one, will not go quietly into the night.

So that's Obama’s strategy. Keep our money away from the UN by making sure we don't have any left. Almost too cunning.

I don’t think global warming has ever been about climate change, but more about reorganizing the world economic order and erasing national boundaries. One will not happen without the other. This economic crisis might be providing seed money and the guise to pull it off.

Obama climate czar has socialist ties
Group sees 'global governance' as solution

by Stephen Dinan

Until last week, Carol M. Browner, President-elect Barack Obama's pick as global warming czar, was listed as one of 14 leaders of a socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change.

By Thursday, Mrs. Browner's name and biography had been removed from Socialist International's Web page, though a photo of her speaking June 30 to the group's congress in Greece was still available.

VENEZUELA: Chavez calls for global offensive for socialism
August 31, 2005

excerpts...

"The environment is suffering damage that could be irreversible — global warming, the greenhouse effect, the melting of the polar ice caps, the rising sea level, hurricanes — with terrible social occurrences that will shake life on this planet."

"I believe this idea has a strong connection with reality. I don't think we have much time. Fidel Castro said in one of his speeches I read not so long ago, 'tomorrow could be too late, let's do now what we need to do'."

"I believe it is time that we take up with courage and clarity a political, social, collective and ideological offensive across the world — a real offensive that permits us to move progressively, over the next years, the next decades, leaving behind the perverse, destructive, destroyer, capitalist model and go forward in constructing the socialist model to avoid barbarism and beyond that the annihilation of life on this planet."

--Hugo Chavez, at the 16th World Festival of Youth and Students, held in Caracas on August 8-15, 2005

The U.N. is responsible to no one. They can propose whatever they want. They can do whatever they want.

...”and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change.”

We must decrease, for the “New World Order” to increase. Global Warming, Climate Change, The Environment... have never had anything to do with what their names would imply. I has always been, and will always be about CONTROL.

"Our Climate Change Plan will reorder the world's economies and usher in a new era of economic fairness and world development. I can now take questions. Yes?"
"What will it do for the climate?"
"What?"
"What will it do for the climate?"
"I'm sorry. I don't understand your question."
"Well, the Climate Change Plan is about Climate, right? Can you explain the benefits?"
"Oh. Right. Ummmmm. The climate will ... uh ... get better ... after ... uh ... we ... uh ... re-order the economic pieces. Next question?"

Was there ever any doubt that this was NOT about “saving the climate”? Even if the USA or western (developed and civilized) world could build a machine that would stop “climate change” it wouldn’t matter to them.

And start a trade war with China and India?

You know, China can be our freind in stopping this BS. They own $1.4 Trillion in treasuries. They could dump it all on the market in a few seconds. Guess about the result. Obamavilles in Kenyan style will be all over the place.

And we are not even a part of the African civilization. Obama doesn't even care about his brothers. One of which lives like a slob and got busted for smoke in Nairobi. The other one was diagnosed with cholera. This is abnormal stuff.

Even if Anthropogenic Global Warming ™Anthropogenic Climate Change ™ were a scientific fact (which it most definitely is not) this proposal is an absurd, brazen theft attempt of Obamaesque proportions.
