I used to agree with this type of bill but after studying the possible ramifications on down the line, I think it is a dangerous move.

I am now completely against any Federal moves into what is a States Rights issue, it allows the federal government to further entangle itself, usurping State power.

After a few years on the books and funding to the states (= Leash) you will probably need a Federal Inter-State CCW Permit... for continuity and safety of course.
