Do you know the facts of that case? No one should be subject to third-degree burns for spilling coffee. It was a dangerous, stupid policy. This case is constantly held up as an exemple of frivoulous lawsuits, but the facts don't support it.

No more than the facts would support FR being anti-Mormon.

But as you can see there will always be some defending the trial lawyer industry.("I'm not for frivolous lawsuits, but in this case...")
