It looks like the movie Idiocracy was in fact prophesy.
The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had high hopes the genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections.

It is nice to see these scientists working on all of the important health concerns of the day. People dying of diabetes, cancer and heart disease will be glad to hear that stem cells are being used to enlarge breasts.

The real story here is about the possibility of breast reconstruction and potentially improved quality of life post-lumpectomy for UK breast cancer patients. The paper has chosen to focus on titillation, rather than potential benefit for cancer patients. More balanced report from conservative paper, The Telegraph:
