Rap “music” was invented by and for black guys that can’t sing. And mosts rap doesn’t have any actual musical instruments associated with it, except sampled bits played over and over.

True dat. On the flip side though, a band named Phish did a cover of his "Gin 'n Juice" that is actually a song, with notes and actual melody and stuff. It is very funny and also musically competent.
My wife heard the Phish version 1st, and upon hearing the Snoop version later, commented "Well, this really IS cr@p".
