How do you dismantle something like this? Just in case we have to do the same or obamacare. It would be nice to say, “Yes, we can’t undo a government program!”
Didn’t Hawaii shut down a smaller program recently?
Didn't Tennessee discontinue their similar plan as unaffordable? And Hawaii (but I think that was just for children)?
