If Mitt wins the nomination in 2012 I may go third party. I’ve done it before and I would do it again.
I will never support Mitt. Romney who? He was a joke before and he is a bigger joke now.
I hope the GOP is taking notes. They went all RINO in 2006 and got their asses beat. They went RINO again in 2008 and got their asses beat harder. I hope they’re taking note of the pattern.
Ahhhhhhhh but his syncophants all deny that he is responsible for Romneycare... or anything else he did when he bothered to show up in MA.

Actually, it would prove how liberal the NY electorate has become. The unfortunate thing is that the more freebies are handed out, the bigger the constituency for those freebies. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps - big government programs like these are the reasons conservatives have had difficulty getting traction in the past seventy years. It is possible to create huge deficits by cutting taxes, but not possible to eliminate those wasteful spending programs and prevent the looming fiscal disaster that is about to dawn upon us in the next decade or so. And that's before the addition of Ogabe's massive new social programs.
Backbone? What the hell “backbone?”
An extra-60-day do-over is not backbone. This is kick-the-can-down-the-road time on the D.C. Amateur Night from hell.
Republicans should be playing clips of democrats claiming GWB needs to hand GM cash because restructuring is out of the question. Obama is claiming that money is part of GWB deficit.
What a bum he turned out to be!
I don’t defend Huckabee..who’s another RINO. Agree. The media & Washington establishments are out to destroy Conservative Candidtates because they’ll win. None of them want to run because they’re all terrified of being continually pummeled, criticized and having personal things exposed, like Mark Foley or Larry Craig. The Left knows who the enemy is. And they go on the attack full force. The problem is we don’t do the same.
Jeez, a bunch of losers posting on this topic. When a guy does something and gets praised by another and you hate the first guy, you jump all over the messenger.
So typical Republican.
You actually get more cred when you praise or compliment when you can, so than when you go after that person, people know that you can see the tree from the apples.
It is one thing to be partisan but another to contribute to the destruction of America.
I’ve really tried to see what others see in Romney, but he’s just another socialist jockeying for his position in the oligarchy.
I can’t support this guy.
Well, you’re going to probably get another shot at the Huckster next time around. And maybe a good thing. He’s a goober, but he’s more our goober. Maybe he could challeng the One on the morality issues.
It’s funny how otherwise intelligent people get ideas in their heads. For example, I remember Freepers and Ann Coulter talking about what a great conservative Mitt was and the only reason he didn’t get elected is the bigoted Mormon-haters. Just like everyone thinks Ron Paul is a libertarian.
That’s a good post. I would consider it for tagline material, but I’m too fond of the one I have now.
Obama should have supported bankruptcy from day 1.... not after giving them billions.
I have been luke-warm about Romney...all the heat just went away. They are all the same!!!
Mitt said the right thing about force it to bankruptcy. He should not have praised Obama.
The way to have saved the auto industry was for energy development on shale oil, coal diesel and ND oil back after 9/11 and especially before 2006 when Pelosi & Reid took over. $4 a gallon gas, the UAW and liberalism killed GM and Chrysler.
