Just in case you forgot, "this idiot" was a lawyer in RICHMOND for 17 years, a professor at the University of RICHMOND, a member of the RICHMOND City Council and Mayor of RICHMOND.
Yes, that's true, but it was voters in NOVA and Hampton Roads who put him in office.
Ahh, yes. City Council was the only elected office Kaine held before being elected Governor. Mayor was an appointed position when Kaine held it. Also, Virginia is unique in that its cities and counties are distinctly separate entities. Only those that live within the boundaries of the City of Richmond get to vote - and if you’ve ever been to Richmond it won’t surprise you that it votes overwhelmingly Democrat.
Didn’t forget it... but it was NOVA and the east coast as noted in 15 that put him in office.
