Swensson is using the Magna Carta as his basis for the authority to form this citizens grand jury. The Magna Carta is the bill of rights formed on British Law.

From what I understand, Justice Roberts is the one holding up the SCOTUS review of the Obama birth certificate cases.

Rumor has it he does not want "the Roberts court" to be the ones that blew out the first black President. I guess he doesn't realize that by not hearing the case, "the Roberts court" will be the ones that blew out America in favor of white guilt and political correctness.
