So you think those "Conservatives" would rather vote democrat than for a republican who beats Romney in the primary ?

That question has already been answered. The Mormon states in the West went for McCain in bigger numners than any other states. My point is that your attack is no longer about Romney but attacks all Mormons as unfit to hold office. That will not sell well in the West. It is bad for conservatism. To win nationally conservatism needs the the evangelicals, the practicing Catholics, and the Mormons. You can't throw any one of thsoe three off the bus and expect to win.

We need a Christian candidate to win.

Mormons, Muslims, Scientologists, Jehova's Witnesses, Heaven's Gaters and other cultists should stop trying to "dumb down" Christianity by putting forth candidates and claiming "persecution" when they don't get the backing they want. This in nothing more than an attempt to infiltrate the mainstream.

This nation was founded on Christian Principles, by Christians. It's greatets leaders, Washington, Lincoln, Reagan were all Christian.
