Not really, Martinez is incompetent and a shamnesty zealot but otherwise very conservative. Crist would be worse I’m sure. I see him as the heir to McStain. For Florida though it’s better to have him out of the Governorship.
I don’t think the news of Mack not running means for a certainty he Crist will.
AG McCollum is likley to run for Governor if Crist does not. He leads CFO Alex Stink by 36-35.
Marco Rubio is running for the Senate (and attacking Crist). Poltics1.com posits he will switch to the gubernatorial race if Crist runs for the Senate. I hope that is not the case.
