No copies anywhere around here in leftist haven of L.A. I believe each bookstore perhaps ordered two copies so naturally they are “sold out.” I mean, why would they order more? We only have a couple of likely readers here in Obamabot-land (they WISH!).
Bought my copy via Amazon but am still awaiting delivery — should be next week, they claim. I wish Mark would do a book-signing visit to the left coast — even just one or two cities would be great. Thousands came from all over So. Cal. to see Sarah Palin before the election — they would do the same to meet Mark and buy his book - guaranteed!

The problem is that it will be read by conservatives and nobody else. It will have no impact at all on the other side and our slide toward full blown socialism will continue.
