The problem is Michelle is VERY short waisted. Any belt she wears is going to be up under her boobs because of that. Designers with any sense would dress her in things that elongate her torso not chop it in half. So far, I have seen i her in 1 dress that worked beautifully on her and here it is:
She is even standing correctly here instead of her spread feet linebacker style. I'll give credit when it is due, unfortunately, with Michelle that is a rare occasion.

I agree with you about this black dress. It does look better than anything she’s worn. But knowing MO, her bare arms were probably inappropriate for the occasion. (not sure, just guessing)

Someone must have given her standing lessons while in London. She’s been standing correctly ever since. Maybe some nice British protocol lady pulled her aside.
