Yeah, I met VP Gore. Likeable guy despite his BS. What you would do is tie wireless routers to a bunch of helium baloons, use Direct T.V. satelite receivers. It would be a poor mans Peer-to-Peer network instead of Internet Protocol (I.P.). However, it would work. Gov would also have to shut down short and medium range radio networks, good luck with that. These laws by Rockefeller would simply allow ‘net cops’ whom could shut your website down if you said the wrong thing and give you fines. Where’s Ghoebbels?
