Not that I wish to eliminate the electoral college in either manner. In fact, I would want it to be more independent, not just a state-by-state sounding board for who got the most votes.
It compensates corruption. As in NJ sending in 1 billion votes for the D candidate.
Only if they can amend the Constitution
