From the whispers that I hear floating around from some connected clients, there are going to be criminal charges bought up and people are going to be prosecuted.
The words “egregious,” and “unconscionable” are frequently mentioned

"From the whispers that I hear floating around from some connected clients, there are going to be criminal charges bought up and people are going to be prosecuted. That's interesting. I wonder how that will effect the contempt hearing that this judge will hold. I'm assuming that the prosecutors still have their 5th Amendment right in a contempt hearing. But, how would a 5th Amendment pleading impact their Judges ruling for a contempt hearing?

Realistically, what do you suppose is the most that will happen to these rogue prosecutors? Do you think they will be disbarred?
I have my doubts that a D.C. jury would convict them of jaywalking, let alone anything related to the unfair treatment of a Republican.

It is a delightful thought, but I'm not holding my breath with MR Holder and his DOJ.
