The sort of person who gets “pushed over the edge” is the exact person who probably shouldn’t get custody of their kids anyway. Most fathers, regardless of how they are treated by the legal system, don’t kill their kids.

Agreed, but the perception of how unfair the system is drives MUCH bad behavior.

Exactly- it isn’t like they are fine and dandy one day and “snap” the next.
They’ve been screwed up for awhile and are on a descent - and chances are good they’re losing their wife and kids because of this descent.
