An honest question....

I know details are still sketchy at best. But I find it hard to believe that only 4 hijackers were able to take control of the ship. Maybe that was their problem, I don’t know. But it is a large vessel with a substantial crew. I expect there were more hijackers.

What happened to the rest of them? I suppose we’ll learn more as details are reported.

Unless I miss my guess, those MERSHIPS are minimally manned in addition to being unarmed. JJM?

4 hijackers armed & ready to kill, vs. 20 unarmed merchant sailors just trying to move product from point A to B. These ships, even if very large, don’t need much crew - who in turn don’t need much threat to submit.

I guess I don’t understand why the small pirate boat wasn’t blown out of the water as it approached the ship.
