Thanks. The New American Usually does not make errors like that. I quickly checked the USCIS web page and admit I did not notice the date at the bottom. But I’ve become convinced a lot of government documentation purposely is both ‘hidden’ in plain sight, and presented in a confusing manner.

Nonetheless, 84,217 job cuts were announced and the 85,000 will be reached, sooner rather than later. The cutoff was reached on April 8, in 2008, on April 2, in 2007, an May 6, in 2006.
