The university would win on appeal. His academic fraud became know because individuals outside the university exposed it.; and only then did the school move to dismiss him.

I’m glad he won. Hopefully CU will lose enrollment and alumni funds and then perhaps they and other universities will give their hiring greater consideration.

He had tenure and he had a 1A right to say whatever dimwitted thing he wanted. But he was also a plagerer and from what I’ve read, not a very good scholar. The University should have been more careful in hiring. There are probably 50 others just as bad or worse than Churchill at CU and thousands more nationwide.
