I have isolated this screen shot.
Notice the hand held up high for Obama by the king and Obama's hand, palm up, down low. He was not bowed at that point, so he's lying his butt off.

I did a frame-by-frame analysis. The palm-up hand in your photo belongs to the dufus in the foreground. (Does anyone know who he is?)
0bama's hand appears a frame or so later -- somewhat above the hand you show...

Good catch! Abdullah was doing all he could to maintain proper protocol, raising his hand higher than one normally would, but 0muzzie forced a bow into the situation.
That means this wasn't even an instinctual thing, a lapse of awareness. It was intended and Zer0 wasn't going to let the opportunity pass.
