Exactly what I was thinking!
On such-and-such a day, we are going to put all our available air defense assets into the sky at once, thereby stressing our command-and-control, air traffic, refueling, and ground maintenance systems to the max. Our air force is mostly comprised of very old, slow, and low-agility aircraft, but we make up for those shortcomings by exhibiting extremely large radar cross sections. Quiver in fear as you watch our every move on your computer screens from thousands of miles away! Allah Akhbar, and take whatever actions you deem necessary!
Same here. No better time than when all their planes are in the air to give them a neighborly hand in completing some long overdue runway “enhancements”. ;)
