What lights the fuse remains to be seen. My guess is that at some point tax protesters will be fired upon by people in the soon to be revealed National Security Forces.
Also what comes to mind is Iran, when they sent all those kids to the Iraq border with very minimum fire power, and how they got wiped out. But the Iran Army stayed back.
Yep and it is ONLY a matter of time that the first shots of the second civil war will come from what you discribed.
