Good news. Captain Phillips has been rescued and three of the four pirates are dead.

(I’m going to laugh if the fourth is taken to Gitmo.)

From an article on the thread about the rescue with three of the four pirates dead:

"The negotiations between the elders and American officials have broken down. The reason is American officials wanted to arrest the pirates in Puntland and elders refused the arrest of the pirates," said the commissioner, Abdi Aziz Aw Yusuf.

Now that the heroic Captain is safe, I'm very glad negotiations broke down. This is a much better solution!
