So let me get this straight. What he just said was that he’s going to take a back seat on global policy and that he’s going to tie his hands until he sees other nations take the lead and the initiative to set global policy? Am I hearing him correctly? Is this another way of voting present?

It’s like a total media push button manipulation noise blackout. And after that they complain of poor ratings and obsolescence, them and the wannabe Obama sheeple too... what an empty hypocrite lying pack of evil people is this?
