So this is the homecoming our veterans can expect? Paranoia seems to have spread among the elitist Liberal hacks!

Interesting, a muslim potus, so now the enemy is Americans. Believing in our heritage makes us a threat. I hope Drudge gets a hold of this.

Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. It is not to inaugurate new programs, but to cancel old ones that do violence to the Constitution, or that have failed in their purpose or that impose on the people an unwarranted financial burden. I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is "needed" before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible. And if I should later be attacked for neglecting my constituents' "interests", I shall reply that I was informed their main interest is liberty and that in that cause I am doing the very best I can.
Can you name the authors of these quotes?
As a veteran I am honored to be among those being targeted.

The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by right-wing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement.
Taking precautionary measures to guarantee my second amendment right does not make me an extremist. Law enforcement should spend more time concerning themselves with enforcing the law, which states I have a right to buy all the ammunition I want, and less time being concerned about citizens exercising their rights. Unless, of course, they fully intend to illegally confiscate guns. Only a tyrannical government would have a reason to make legal weapons and ammunition purchases a "primary concern" of law enforcement.

Deju vu for this old-timer. As a teenager after WWII I remember the liberals wringing their hands over all those "bloodthirsty GIs" coming home. The argument went that they were so used to killing that they'd keep on doing it when they got home.
What happened was that these "bloodthirsty GIs" only wanted peace and quiet and a chance to make up for four or five years taken out of their lives.
Then in the '50s the liberals were complaining how "boring" it was under Eisenhower. Even as a callow teen I could see that the liberals were anti-American and took every opportunity to denigrate America and its people.

To bad they did not have the balls to say that there was a threat of black left wing racist during the election that would threaten white voters in large cities. But then the black panthers are the darlings now.
