Indeed Allmendream, if you sincerely ask God to remove the materialist scales from your eyes, the way you see things will change in more ways than one. Swallow you pride, get down on your knees, and ask God to help you see things they way they really are. I know such a prospect can seem a bit frightening, but it is sooooo worth it.
