“Two things that are almost as effective against any disease that an antibiotic can aid are: Sleep and vitamin C.”

Just an FYI, those two things do NOT take care of C.dif.

Just an FYI, those two things do NOT take care of C.dif.Or some other infections, once they've gotten a foothold... I wound up with cellulitis (not sure of the exact strain), but I hoped it would "get better" and waited a day before going to see a Dr. The following day, it had spread from my foot to just past my knee, and when I got to the ER, my white blood cell count was over 35000 and my blood pressure was 70/45. I spent 5 days in the hospital on IV anti-biotics. And I'm still fighting the low-grade infection remnants, nearly 2 weeks later.
