As usual, elected officials do not care about we, the unwashed masses. So we have to take additional measures: http://pushbackuntil.com.
It will not be easy, but how interested are we in saving our country from an irresponsible Congress?

Under what Constitutional law is the White House entitled to stifle this Freedom of Speech?

America needs to tea-bag Obama if you get my drift.
What an absolute trampling on the 1st amendment.

I'm sure the Founders of this country would have asked for a permit! But of course!
They applied to KGIII for a permit to toss tea in the bay, and to wear disguises while doing so; and paid for the tea first.
They also had royal CCWs to carry the hatchets and their weapons.
And provided insurance policies to cover any damages.
And posted surety bonds, to pay for extra security during the protest.
And obtained a parade permit, and stayed on the designated route to & from the harbor.

Folks, that property belongs to ALL of you, and us. I wish I were closer to DC but it would be over a 1000 mile trek for me. You are going to be the real voice of America today. Please go! WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT, WE WILL NOT BE FORCED INTO SERVITUDE ANY LONGER! WE ALL HAVE THE ABILITY TO BE HEARD TODAY, BUT YOUR VOICES AT THE TREASURY WILL BE THE SHOT HEARD ROUND THE WORLD.
These times call for brave patriots! We should not fear our government, they should fear us. For too long, we have neglected the gift our Founding Fathers have bestowed with their blood, sweat, tears, and treasures. They built this country with their bare hands. We were warned that they have given us a republic, hold on to if IF WE CAN. Let it not be our generation who could not. Our children and their children deserve the right to hang on to it too.........

Interesting that they block this particular Tea Party the day of (or the day before?) the event. Not much time to make other arrangements.

The same Constitutional law that gave O the right fire a CEO and give away trillions of dollars.

Boy if I could get there in time, I’d be in a car driving there right now to assert my 1st amendment rights

What a great name for a political party for the 2010 elections. “I am a member of the TEA Party!”

These people are simply demonstrating that they don’t understand Americans.
Ban us from doing something that is a right,
we’ll do it in your face, and more people will show up to do it.
