The routine use of antibacterial soaps is what leaves people succeptible to all sorts of skin infections. We are normally protected by the bacteria that inhabit our bodies, not endangered by them, and killing those bacteria leaves us defenseless.

Note that hospitals are most known for staph infestations, and they ‘sanitize’ everything in sight.
