Why does Meghan McPAIN never surprize Us, No matter how gross, disgusting, and wretched she may act?

Miss McPiggy should never wear horizontal stripes. She looks like an obese convict. Oink!

Do You think any Guy could ever find Meghan attractive or sensuous, not to mention desirable? I seriously doubt it, other than the Gays like Anderson Cooper?

A GOP comeback would not include any of you, evidently, or it would be no come back it all.

The McCain's need to get it through their thick heads, if the GOP is ever to win again, it needs to get back to it's values and principles. Like the ones in the party platform?? Surely Cindy and Meghan, and especially John, are aware of them.

Frankly, McCain served his country well. He has done enough, and should go off and have a good retirement. Meghan should join the rest of the progressives.

My problem with it, in part, is that she had no problem being on the ticket WITH him.

I believe Gov. Palin thought he was a Republican. Not a DNC spokesman as he has shown himself to be. She learned a lesson.

We found someone who has the potential to be a Great President.

I voted for Sarah and would have stayed home without her on the ticket.

I believe Gov. Palin thought he was a Republican. Not a DNC spokesman as he has shown himself to be. She learned a lesson.

How did she not know? The idea that she didn't know stretches credulity, frankly. She may be conservative, but she had to have known that Senator McCain was not.

Mr. McCain has spent the last several years making it crystal clear to the rest of us. He is not a conservative, and anyone who has spent any time paying attention knows that:

* McCain considered becoming a Democrat twice in the last 8 years.
* McCain-Feingold
* Amnesty

Oh, heck. Here is a list of his "accomplishments", from a previous FR Thread dating to August of last year:

John McCain's Whimsical World of Conservatism (^)

Senator McCain has not hidden his love for the DNC and it's agenda. Anyone who joined his campaign has to have known what he is and what he stands for.

What a loser the whole McLame family is. Why didn’t I vote for Chuck Baldwin instead?

Dump the Republicrat party and restore the two party system.

How did she not know?

She lacks any credibility as a Conservative so long as she remains with the Republicrat party.

Is this guy going to be re elected?

I just hold out no hope any more for removing the RINOs from the GOP.
At least until they are extinct from having insufficient support and are voted out.

By then it will probably be too late.
I do believe that the moment is upon us, and we will know if we are checkmated by Amnesty.

I would like to see a major party member break away and run as a _____ (Libertarian, independent, whatever).

Sarah Palin seems to be very bright, and we agree on almost all issues. But the idea put forth by some of her most ardent followers that she was somehow led down the primrose path by John McCain is really disturbing if you think about it. You can’t be easily fooled and also be a good candidate for the presidency. People who are easily fooled or who make decisions without all of the relevant information have no business running for the most dangerous job in the world.

I don’t think she was fooled, though. I think she’s a pragmatist who thought she had something to offer. I also think she was wrong in offering it to McCain, and needs to do something, starting with a break from his camp and possibly the GOP, if she wants to remain viable as a conservative.

It just gets worse and worse.

WHY is this foul offspring of McCain getting so much face/air time? Who gives a flying rat’s tail about what she says? Pick any bum off the street to interview and they’d be more reasonable. Just because she’s Insane McCains offspring??

Sick and sicker. They are traitors, absolutely. Hastening the destruction of our country along with the Dems.

I am not surprised that the McCains are giving gay men “a hand.” And they are proud of it, too!

"We found someone who has the potential to be a Great President."

I guess that depends on what you're looking for in a President.

Univision: Governor, let me ask you about immigration. How many undocumented immigrants are there in Alaska?

Sarah Palin: I don't know, I don't know. That's a good question.

Univision: As governor, how do you deal with them? Do you think they all should be deported?

Sarah Palin: There is no way that in the US we would roundup every illegal immigrant - there are about 12 million of the illegal immigrants - not only economically is that just an impossibility but that's not a humane way anyway to deal with the issue that we face with illegal immigration.

Univision: Do you then favor an amnesty for the 12 or 13 million undocumented immigrants?

Sarah Palin: No, I do not. I do not. Not total [Fred Thompson called it, "not blanket"] amnesty. You know, people have got to follow the rules. They've got to follow the bar, and we have got to make sure that there is equal opportunity and those who are here legally should be first in line for services being provided and those opportunities that this great country provides.

Univision: To clarify, so you support a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants?

Sarah Palin: I do because I understand why people would want to be in America. To seek the safety and prosperity, the opportunities, the health that is here. It is so important that yes, people follow the rules so that people can be treated equally and fairly in this country."

DUCK, DUCK, DUCK, DUCK, DUCK, DUCK, GOOSE!! Same ol' &*^#. We've heard the EXACT words a million times from the Dems and RHINO's....when what we need is attrition through ENFORCEMENT OF OUR CURRENT LAWS. Apparently that wouldn't be "humane" enough for Palin.

McCain is one sick puppy.

We were so right about Duncan Hunter, and I regret the day I ever opened my mouth to say, “Better McCain than Obama.”

It’s simply not true. Far better had I simply withheld my vote or voted for Baldwin.

I won’t make this mistake again. Losing with a third party is better than winning with a liberal-light party.

"Of all the causes I believe in and speak publicly about, this is one of the ones closest to my heart," Meghan McCain, a vocal supporter of same-sex marriage, wrote in the Daily Beast this week.

Meghan McCain just can't disappear into the Betty Ford Clinic fast enough for me.

Preferably never to be seen or heard from again.
