I am an American Computer guy....25+ years experience...and I am SICK and TIRED of “Citizens of India” taking over the Computer Jobs Americans can do, and especially when I HAVE TO TRAIN THEM.
I can just as well Train Americans.
Federal Computer Contracts are staffed with 30% to 40 % Foreigners by Sub Contractors to the CSC, IBM, Lockheed, etc..contractors who have the Federal contract.
That’s a Fact Jack !! Been there, seen that. Walk in to a Federal Computer Contractor’s office, ask to see their Telephone list of everyone working on the Federal contract under their employ....and if you cannot pronounce 40% of the Names on the Phone list, you have a BIG HINT as to the Issue of foreign workers doing American JOBS.

No real American would probably do 1/2 of what these foreigners are being hired to do to us and our country...
The problem is not with the Indians; it’s with the American system that enables them to prosper here. Fix that, if you have a problem.
