The guy from DC had ghost employees on his payroll..but he never “knew”. Anybody who worked for the DC govt is 99% currupt.
That's not nearly as bad as what the car czar, Rattner, is accused of. It looks like he or his firm bribed officials of the State of NY in order to gain the contract to manage pension fund investments.
