I want to believe that the Ascended One succeeded in spite of himself, and that he deserves no credit for the rescue. The bottom line is he is the CIC, the military, even under W operated under onerous rules of engagement, and in my opinion part of the delay was due to getting assets in place to carry out the operation. Thus 0 gets the credit and we need to move on to issues and actions in Congress to defeat the Democrats in the upcoming budget process.
