Most Indians consider themselves to be Aryans. In the scientific/linguistic sense of the term, they are, as they speak Aryan or Indo-European languages.

Not a few Indians hold racialist beliefs quite similar to those of the Nazis, with the identity of the super-race appropriately modified. The caste system obviously lends itself well to such an ideology.

That said, thanks for posting the Indian Army pictures. Their service against the Axis should be honored.

Indians ARE Aryans -- 70% of them at least. The peoples in North and West India down until Karnataka-Andhra are mostly Aryan with some Dravidian blood. The peoples south of that are mostly Dravidian (to varying degrees) with some Aryan blood.

you can't use the term "color" to desribe it as there are many Dravidians who are a very light brown and many Aryans who are dark.

India also has a large percentage (5 to 7%) of Mongoloids in the North-East, people of Tibeto-Burman and Tai heritage and also many of Mon-Khmer descent in the N-E. Plus, of course there are the aborigines, the original inhabitants (Gonds etc.) who are australoid, more related to the peoples of Papua New Guinea, the aborigines of Australia etc.

Hitler's idea of Aryanic purity is stupid as the Slavs are Aryans too and no less or more "purer" than the Germans. His entire idea of scapegoating the Jews was a political tactic (blame one small group for all the evils in the world and divert people's attention). These management students are also idiotic to think that it was solely Hitler who caused Germany's economic recovery in the 1930s -- the entire world buoyed up post the Depression and the recovery actually started during the Weimar government. The idea that the Nazis performed an economic miracle is sheer Goebbels propaganda, they were just lucky to be on the crest of the wave, as an alternative to the party that was unfortunate to be in power during the Great Depression. Also, there is no proof that Germans were scathing under the VErsailles treaty as the Nazis never won any significnt number of seats in the 20s -- just after the war you'd think people would remember, but they won 30% or so of the seats in 32, purely posing as economic alternatives.
