First of all, how could a 20 year old (”Lila Rose, a 20-year-old UCLA student”) be mistaken for a 14 year old (must have been fresh-faced). Second, if this abortionist clinic’s person had reported this as a crime (”Tennessee Code 37-1-605 requires health professionals to report suspected cases of sexual abuse of minors to law enforcement immediately”) she/he would be liable for some sort of prosecution for reporting a “false incident” Also, I don’t believe that an abortion “couselor” is a “health professional” and would not be subject to this law. As much as I abhor abortion, the “14” year old girl lied. I also abhor this form of entrapment. A 20 year old plant lies about her age, lies about pregnancy, lies about the boyfriend. Three wrongs do not make a right.

How many times in the past few weeks has this type of 20-posing-as-14 scam been posted here? 20 is not 14. No laws were broken. One does not have to approve of abortion (and I generally do not, to make this clear) to find this a bit stupid and disingenuous.
