Uh...the DHS and the Obama Adminstration refuse to refer to al-Qaeda as “terrorists” but have no such compunction doing so with American citizens. I don’t think “chilling out” is the proper reaction.

Agreed. I also do not believe that the Bush/Cheney Administration produced a white paper calling U.S. citizens potential terrorist rercruits.
