I’m thinking it’s going to be about that much more per month - not per year. In this region we have long, cold winters and fuel prices have already risen from last year.
But this was one of obama’s campaign promises, so no one should be surprised.

When you realize that CO2 is the end product of respiration you realize that what this amounts to is a tax on the air we breathe. And these dipsticks wonder why tea parties are gaining in popularity.
