Keller took over as CFO when Anthony “Buddy” Piszel resigned in the wake of the government takeover. The news comes on the heals of Freddie Mac CEO David Moffett's resignation last month.

Don’t try to be clever. A man died.

Sorry, for the chastising. I had tears in my eyes from laughing at some of the comments including your clever one.

LOL

When is Franklin Raines going to return his $90 million take from Fannie Mae? As Google helpfully states, “All told, Raines pulled in some $90 million between 1998 and 2003, the majority from bonuses. And when OFHEO (the regulating agency) began to ask uncomfortable questions, Raines actively lobbied Congress to cut its funding.” That’s the answer to BO’s childish faith in government regulations.

Got to be a problem when suicides would shoot themselves two or three times.

"I want to try to put this as delicately as possible, but . . . sometimes suicide by hanging is actually an accident. The victim does not intend to die."

True enough, and usually that sort of thing can be ascertained by the victims state of dress/undress, wear marks from past *efforts*, etc.

As I understand it police were contacted at something like 4:48 a.m....did he not go to bed last night and the wife went looking for him? Is she an early riser up for a run? Did he end up regretting his decision and wake family members up kicking?

It may very well be nothing, but I find it somewhat curious that he was discovered so early.

Therein lies the problem. There will always be grifters to take advantage of something to help the truly needy. For every bum out there asking for some change to actually buy a hot meal, there are many more who will just purchase some booze.

“Not sure..but ‘lynching’ should be in there somewhere.”

As unfortunate as a suicide is for the family, perhaps in the future, when these government officials feel that they have done wrong, they could just offer themselves up for a public hanging on the Capitol steps as a warning to others. Or, they could be prosecuted and sentenced as such.

Would utlimately bring the suicide rate down.

It may have been a lynching already..not a suicide. He might have been the man who knew too much. The reporters can’t even get a straight answer on method of death for cryin out loud! Hanging or gunshot wound?

Franklin Raines will get a pass—no one wants to investigate his role because he’d be accused of racism.

He died Chicago style: hung, six bullets in the head, beaten, and a 10 inch knife in the back.

Hillbilly Bill appointed Rahmbo to Freddie Mac in 2000. Also obama would not release any board meeting notes etc. In regards to Rahm’s participation in Freddie Mac. I believe I read this in the Chicago Tribune in March of 009.

Yeah. That would be considered over kill. Do you think he was protecting his wife and young daughter?
