Fine by me. I would rather we didn’t apportion congressional seats based on non-citizens anyway, which is what will happen if they’re counted.

I think it’s a great idea not to count them. It makes zero sense, and I sincerely don’t think the founding fathers would have agreed that they should be counted. This is used to apportion representatives.
