Stock up on precious metal (gold, silver, lead), seeds, water, food. Try to have an alternative spot of land way the hell away from all populated areas to move to, and learn to raise your own food. If this country is to survive, it will be saved by those who are independent and who have a functioning network amongst themselves and who adhere to traditional American values.

This used to be the mindset of those considered "fringe survivalists" but is now becoming the prudent response - unbelievably! But this strategy will still be thwarted, as the Marxists will attempt to confiscate at gunpoint even the most remote resources in this country when the festering inner cities are completely ravaged of any source of sustenance by the democratic animals.

I'd say, rather, stock up on ammo and those tools that project it accurately.
