I’m kinda torn on this. I don’t think waterboarding is torture and frankly think these methods should be used when deemed necessary to protect American lives. So on one hand it would be a travesty to see good people subject to a partisan witch-hunt by the likes of Patrick “FY” Leahy, on the other hand it would probably divide the nation and infuriate and unite a large enough segment of the population to put an end to Obama’s popularity and presidency.

If they go after the lawyers, they will have to go after all those inthe Congress who were briefed fully and said and did nothing, This includes Nancy Pelosi, Jay Rockefeller, Jane Harmon among the Democrats (as well as Peter Goss, and probably Pete Hoekstra).

Levin was on fire on this today,says if they go forward,it will getvery nasty....for Democrats.
