Damn right! We all know how he and Eric Holder (the one who recommended pardon for the fugitive Marc Rich, the FALN terrorists, etc.) and Obama will come down on this. By the way, before the election National Review magazine had a terrific article on how Michelle Obama benefitted from affirmative action - and how she wasn’t grateful but was hostile, bitter, and full of spite that this had happened.
