I would say to keep your hands as clean as possible, wash frequently, try not to rub your face, eyes, nose unless you wash the hands before doing that...
Hand sanitizer would probably be a good thing, in moderation...I have heard that the hand sanitizer tends to not be effective if you constantly use it (obviously)...
Go to the doctor for a quick (snapshot) of the body if that is feasable...And be ready for a rush on Tamiflu...See if the doctor can keep a dose ready, or just go ahead now and get it...
