I’m sorry how insensitive of me, but I think we should set up aid stations in the desert with water, vaccine and air conditioned shuttle buses to US hospitals for anyone remotely appearing sick. And make Home Depot let them all stay inside to stay cool while waiting to steal day work from Americans.
